I especially wrote this blog for friends and family about the Don Salvador Project on our Lot. Please Comment so I can adjust or defend and we can think about it. Please keep the password I give you and you can visit this site, in case you’d be interested to see it again.
I will be posting a more significant write up and video when I see a greater clarity in this project. For now, I want to keep it low key. If you believe that sharing this link and password would help my Company, Archian Designs in finding a future client, you may share this link and password.
This shows my study of the Site Contours. I created it with Sketchup Software. It’s just a rough study, it’s not even accurate. The Design I intend is the simpliest and yet elegant with a limited budget.
This is how I visualize the entry showing 2-car garage parking and the connection to the Pavillion and walkway to the main structure.
This shows the view from the highest level of the land. There is an existing small structure in its place right now.
This perspective show the Structure when going up from the Creek.
The image above shows the masses from aerial view. You could clearly see the entrance pavillion and the garage parking. There will be hedges and bamboo shrubs (not shown) to provide a barrier to the outside road. (the gray ground shows a crude road are-haven’t had the time to plot them, it is shown here as triangles because i would have to get the topo to create a more realistic existing view) On the left are the swimming pool Pavillions and the main structure composed of intersecting masses for the Mess Hall and the boys & girls room and toilet. The Kitchen are semi exposed with a simple Roof Overhang.
This last picture shows the proposed swimming pool area when it is fully developed. The Cylindrical grey area is the supposed big rock in the actual site where I will build the pool. See the 2 Pavillions along the pool and its path back to the main structure.
The layout also embraces expansion. The site contains 4 hectares and we can always add structures in all directions without looking like the old structures have been cramped up because of the lack of budget. This takes creativity and vision to include expansion in your design and planning.
