The Services of a Contractor for the Architectural Design of Houses, villas, hotels, resorts requires quality craftsmanship and materials based on the Specification and in accordance with the Time Schedule. It also requires a well-integrated team Architects, Interior Designers and Supervisory personnel that will simultaneously help the process of Building a House or Villa.

Works Contract covers all work execution is computed based on the value of the Project. As an illustration of the building that will cost you next plan is to estimate the Implementation Work Package Volume Cost based on specifications of materials to be used. Differentiated by class of building:

Calculated on the basis of floor area to be built with cost estimates range between IDR. 2.000.000, – / M2 up to IDR. 3,000,000, -/m2 (the floor area of buildings, cost estimates will be more expensive)

2. Standard Class
Calculated on the basis of floor area to be built with cost estimates range between IDR.3.000.000, – / M2 up to IDR. 4,000,000, -/m2 (the floor area of buildings, cost estimates will be more expensive)

3. Luxury Class
Calculated on the basis of floor area to be built with cost estimates range between IDR.4.000.000, – / M2 up to IDR. 5.000.000, -/m2 (the floor area of buildings, cost estimates will be more expensive)

SYSTEMATIC PAYMENT CONTROL WORK

If the Image of Bali has been appointed as the executor of development then must pay a deposit of 30% of the value of project / contract price.
Payment of unity billings by 25% from wholesale price if the work has reached 30% and net installment payment of 25% of advances.
The second term of payment of 25% of wholesale prices if the work has reached 55% and reduced installment payment an advance of 25% of the advance.

Payment of third installment amounting to 25% of the wholesale price if the work has reached 80% and net installment payment of 25% of the advances.

Payment of the fourth installment of 20% of the wholesale price if the work has reached 100% and net installment payment of 25% of advances.

The fifth installment payments equal to 5% if the time limit has expired maintenance

If the Contract Work is to build a project from design is done by IMAGE BALI, so in this package for design costs already paid at the stage of the design process will be counted as part of the deposit for implementation of development, in other words the cost of design is considered free.

    Base is 200 m2 and it gona be 4 levels and top wone concrete so total 1200m2 what is a price approximately
