The lot is a spacious 482 sq.m. lot in Jaro, Iloilo. The design requires 4 large bedrooms, a Guest room and a Master Bedroom suite. The House has existing trees at the back to provide shade for the pool accessible to the terrace.
The color scheme is contemporary colors of creme and off white. Rough textured walls are selected for the exterior.
